The week is coming to an end and I’ll complete 2 weeks with Diet Center 21 Days Detox Challenge and only 1 week will be left. I feel more energised and my sleep became much better. I’m sleeping a lot lately and getting enough rest. My friend commented on my skin last Tuesday, she said it’s way much better than the last time she saw me (1 month ago). I also feel a lot of energy, not lazy or anything, I’m not getting that tired face or look at work and I feel like i want to give more.
Breakfast: Dried apricot, Laban, green tea, and coffee, beetroot and orange juice
Lunch: Falafel with Tahini and Beetroot Salad.
Snack: Dried Cranberries and Dates
Dinner: Fish with Tahini, oven baked potato and Carrot soup.
