A week has passed by and el7mdellah i’m feeling stronger and better even though I’m having those temptations seduce me but I’m fighting them. Whenever you start dieting, everything you haven’t eaten for ages and can’t even remember you start craving it 😛 I’m staying strong and positive 😀
Breakfast was: Oats pudding with fruits, green tea, coffee, and orange juice.
Lunch: Spinach salad with spicy beans
Snack: Apricot pudding
Dinner: Chickpeas soup and Chinese Fish
