Day 6 was fine. As you can see from the picture above, the variety of food as good and a lot, every meal made full to the max. I loved the afternoon snack which was oats with dried berries and strawberry yogurt. It was really delicious, I didn’t want it to finish 😀
Lunch was also very yummy, loved the quinoa with dried fruits and fish. It was good.
Tomorrow I complete 1 week. It’s been a tough one, but I hope i can complete the whole program without cheating 😛
