Things are getting better and easier. I’m not gonna lie to you and say I didn’t get tempted to have popcorn or ice cream or frozen yogurt. Every time I get that temptation I think of my achievement so far and how I managed to control myself from eating bad food the past few days. I don’t want to ruin it on nothing. I wanna complete my detox program and finish it with complete success and satisfaction. Don’t wanna feel guilty because I cheated in a moment of weakness.
Day 5 was good. Breakfast was dates with Laban, dates and figs juice, green tea and coffee. Lunch was Mushroom Risotto with Spinach salad. After noon snack was really delicious, orange with dates and pistachio, I had it with Turkish coffee. Dinner was good but I couldn’t finish it all, it was grilled fish with vegetables and pumpkin soup.
