Day 3 of Diet Center 21 days Detox Challenge was really awesome. I didn’t feel hungry at all, as if I wasn’t dieting. The quantity of food was much better than the past few days and I actually couldn’t finish my dishes so I had to divide them to 2 parts.
Breakfast: Power Juice, Green Tea, Coffee, Dried fruit salad with yogurt.
Lunch: Tabboulah and Brown rice with Artichoke mix.
Snack: Fruit salad
Dinner: Pumpkin crusted Kibbeh and Broccoli soup.
Loved the 3rd day and can’t wait for tomorrow. BTW, I’m feeling more energetic and tired at all.
