Day 2 was a bit better than day 1 because I sticked to the rules and kept few hours between every meal/ snack and everything went well. The food today was better than yesterday because it made me feel full quickly even though the calories are the same.
Breakfast was oats with dried fruits and yogurt with 2 kinds of juices. I had half cup of coffee. That’s why I’m feeling sleepy right now.
Lunch was Tomato and Basil soup and Red Salad that had Poms, Cranberries with Beetroot sauce (loved it).
Dinner was the best, it had Lentil soup with lemon and grilled veggies. So delicious and yummy even though the soup doesn’t look that tempting it was really good
Tomorrow 2nd phase of this program starts. The first 2 days were Pretox, tomorrow is Detox, the real thing. Can’t wait for that 🙂
