Day 1 is gone baby gone. I won’t lie to you and say it was easy. Nop, it wasn’t at all. It was kinda hard but manageable. The most annoying part was in the afternoon from 12:30 pm tip 5 pm. I suffered from a severe headache. My dietician called me to see what went wrong and it was that I left I huge gap between my morning snack and lunch. Last juice I had was around 11 am and lunch was at 2:30pm so that what caused the awful headache.
After lunch I sleep for an hour. Had menu and pedi spa at home while drinking my afternoon juice. and then I went out for a walk. Came back took a shower and then had my lunch which made me really full because it was Mushroom Salad and Chickpeas soup. It was really good and I loved it because I’m heading to bed not feeling hungry that much.
Waiting for tomorrow. I’m sure it’s going to be harder because my stomach will get hungrier. I’m ready for it 😀
