I received an invitation to attend a bloggers’ night at Bice restaurant located in Alhamra Tower to taste & enjoy the Chef’s summer menu. I’ve heard alot about the place, my family & friends recommended it but I didn’t have the chance to visit it.
Arrived on time, we were greeted by Italian employees with Italian words (understood few lol). We were seated and greeted by the waiter who presented the summer menu avec the regular menu and helped us with some of the of the orders. I wanted to eat mussels but unfortunately it wasn’t available.
The service was good & everything was perfect except for my husband’s rib eye which part of it came medium well done when we informed them we wanted it well done. I informed the waiter of the mistake & that not all of it was cooked well done, he apologized & informed me he will take this issue to the chef.
The food was delicious & unique, as I said the service was good but the dishes are kinda pricy. All in all, it was a nice experience & will sire get back to try other dishes.

Smoked Norwegian Salmon with Goat Cheese Pearls & Baby Spinach
Verdict: very summery & delicious, this dish is from the summer menu. Served cold & fresh, good as a starter. Highly Recommended
Agnolotti alla Masaia
Ingredients: Agnolotti filled with veal & spinach, mixed with mushrooms creamy sauce.
Verdict: Verrry delicious & tasty, also very light & moist. It melts in your tongue so fast that you speed down with the next bite so it won’t finish. LOVED IT
Refreshing watermelon juice
Rib eye “Piemontese”
Ingredients: Pan seared rib eye with garlic and rosemary
Verdict: This dish came cooked medium to well done & we assured them that we want it well done, but not all of it was cooked the way we wanted it to be. It was ok for me but good for my husband. But I gotta admit, I loved the seasoning, the potatoes were delicious.
Gamberoni e Cappesante
Ingredients: Jumbo prawn and sea scallops, braised endive & citrus sauce
Verdict: Loved it but it needed to be juicier or add extra sauce. The taste was marvelous, the scallops were really huge & the prawns so big, you get full easily! I couldn’t finish the whole thing.
Ohh my my ,,, delicious mixture of cream, caramel & fresh fruit.
