Pigeon Valley-Cappadocia

After Love Valley we head to Pigeon’s Valley, where you’ll see many small houses carved on the mountains only for pigeon. The pigeons in this area were trained to deliver letters to other parts of the city, which was the best way of communication at that time, specially in wars. Also the chimneys in this place were used as a hiding place for Christians running from the Romans.

After that we stopped at a local market where we were able to buy local products; apricot seeds (very delicious), apricot with chocolate, etc.

A must visit place n Cappadocia … Taking photos there is an amazing experience.
