It’s been a week now … It wasn’t easy at all adjusting to a new lifestyle, a new eating habit after spending 9 months eating whatever I see infront of me without having a second thought.
Hunger would strike around 7:00pm & I’m not allowed to eat after 8:00pm … It was really hard the 1st 4 days but then I started getting used to it & adjusting myself to the new system I forced myself to follow!
What I’m liking about this new lifestyle is that it’s making me feel really good about myself, even though I don’t how much I’ve lost so far, still I felt good, because it’s making me feel light. And the food is really delicious, you don’t feel like you’re eating diet food.

Lunch; Mixed Grill with Saffron Rice, Crab Salad, Chocolate Truffles.
Dinner; Nachos Salad, Penne Arabiata, Creamy Mushroom Soup.
Lunch; Shrimp Biryani, Rocca Salad, Sticky Toffee Pudding
Dinner: Farfelle Italian Salad, Texas BBQ Burger, Creamy Corn Soup
Lunch; Chicken Fricassee, Artichoke Mixed Salad, Oreo Dessert
Dinner; BBQ Salad, Farfelle Pasta with Vegetables, Creamy Vegetable Soup
Lunch: Meat Lasagna, California Salad, Blueberry Cheesecake
