As I don’t have time to cook my own healthy food nor teach my maid how to cook healthy food (her cooking ain’t healthy at all). I joined LoFat Gold Diet Plan which costs KD 164 per month & consists of Lunch+Dinner with Sweet.
My appointment was a couple of days ago, where I’ve been greeted by the receptionist, asked to fill some papers & then I was handed their menu to choose my meals. The variety of food was amazing, loved their dishes. & then I met my dietitian Tanya, I informed her that I chose the Gold membership because I’m not a breakfast person at all, I only drink coffee & that would be it, but she told me that having breakfast is a must, so we decided that I’d eat breakfast that equals 200 calories per day & the food they’ll prepare for me will be 1000 calories, total of 1200 calories per day. Exercising is a must, walking 3 times per week for 30 or 45 minutes. No eating after 8:00 pm, last time I’m allowed to eat is 9:00 pm & only to drink soup.
Today I’ll start my meals with them for 1 month, I’ll post my daily meals on instagram @crazyyetwise & will also post them on my blog on weekly bases.
Will be updating you about my progress after 2 weeks, after I meet up with my dietitian again for follow up.
Tanya, is such a sweet person, really amazing & very social, loved her! & she’s very helpful.
Note: One thing I didn’t like about is their Social Media Team (Twitter) Whoever is handling their account has no idea how to handle customers online, I tweeted them twice but they kept ignoring me, which is not good at all. I thought of joining another company because of that incident but unfortunately other companies costs more money & LoFat has been tried by some family members & lost weight from only one month … but anyways I informed them about it & they said they will check it out. Hope they will fix it, coz really Social Media matters alot these days.
