Being An Atheist

Are we born with our morals & ethics attached to our brains & start absorbing them when we start talking or understanding life? Are we born knowing what’s wrong or right? Are we born good or evil? What defines all that? What makes know what’s wrong & what’s right? What makes us know the meaning of morals & ethics? It’s religion what defines all of the above. Religion is what makes us know what’s right or wrong, how we become good or evil! Religion is what makes us live as human beings not as animals in jungles. Yes, I describe atheists as animals living in a huge jungle doing whatever they want or whatever think is right, because they don’t believe in any religion, thus they create their own beliefs.

Whether you’re Muslim, Christian or Jew, believing in heaven & hell is believing in right or wrong! but if you don’t believe in life after death, not believing in the judgment day, not believing in Allah/God who will punish you for your sins or reward you for your good deeds, then you have nothing to fear, right? You’ll do whatever you wanna do knowing or believing there will be no one to judge you nor punish you.

Don’t tell me Atheists have the same morals & ethics that any man of faith has! They don’t! If they do, then they’re following a certain religion/belief & not admitting it. Babies are taught & raised by their parents, what their parents believed & lived for! Therefore, it’s something you inherit from your ancestors, they were taught certain things based on their religion & they transferred it to their children. That’s how we have or gain our morals & ethics. but when you grow up & you say ” I don’t believe in Allah” or “I don’t believe in heaven nor hell” but you still have you morals & ethics! I tell you “Moron, that’s what your parents taught you ย was based on their religion”.

Converting to another religion to me is better than converting to nothing. Being an Atheist? really? You don’t have a brain to think? to absorb what’s going on around you? Not reading the holy books (Torah, Bible, & Quran)? Then why are you alive? What are you supposed to do in this life? Just eat, drink & sleep? Living like an Animal, just as I said!

Let’s give you an example: It’s forbidden in all religion for women to have pre-marital relationship with another man & vice versa (you know what I mean) because it’s sinful, because if she has a baby before marriage then how can we know for sure who’s the father, right? For all we know, the father can go & have another relationship with another woman & have a baby from her. Now let’s say, he has a daughter from the 1st woman, & a boy from the 2nd one! The father didn’t accept both babies. Time goes by, & a coincidence happens. The baby boy & girl grow up & now they’re getting married to each other. A brother & a sister are getting married without knowing that they are siblings! I’m not exaggerating, this happened or was about to happen in many countries. Now, we know that’s wrong, sinful & awfully bad? How do we know that? from our religion which stated that in the holy book! But if an atheist comes to me & tells me he/she believes in that but still doesn’t believe in religion nor a creator then he’s certainly stupid & doesn’t absorb what he’s saying. That was just an example! There many other examples to talk about but then this will never end.

One of our fellow bloggers made me write this post! She even said the prophets are schizophrenic (astaghfer allah). How can one say that? Prophets had a sacred mission, to enlighten us, to show the the right path, & guess what? They are all mentioned in all religions (Islam, Christianity, Judaism) What does that tell you? That all prophets who were all the same in all religions were schizophrenic? That every single religion is based on mentally disordered people who thought they were hearing voices? Astaghfer allah. “Rbana la to2a5ethna bema fa3alah asofaha2 menna”. You wanna leave your religion, be my guest! It’s your loss. But just don’t start saying things you can’t comprehend nor understand!

In this post, I’m defending my religion Islam & all religions: Christianity & Judaism. Be an atheist, live like an animal in a huge jungle but just don’t go & start saying rubbish about our holy prophets, holy books & our holy religions.

I would love to know who that was ๐Ÿ˜›

  2. This is wrong in so many different ways wallah!
Are they giving out most judgmental person awards this year? Because thatโ€™s the only way I can rationalize what I just read.

Bs 9ara7a if youโ€™re doing this again try being more logical and less insulting 3ashan, you know, if you want to be taken seriously!

And I know if I donโ€™t like what I read I shouldnโ€™t read, and this is your blog and you get to say whatever you want, but as long as thereโ€™s a comment box, I get to say what I have to say if Iโ€™m being respectful.

And if anyoneโ€™s wondering; no, Iโ€™m not an atheist. Iโ€™m a Muslim and my religion taught me to respect everyone regardless of their believes (or lack of them for all that matters). Sooo, yeah!

    • How what I said is wrong in so many different ways? show me how? don’t just place your judgment without any evidence!

If they’re giving Most Judgmental Award this year then I’ll nominate you for your comment! For all I know I haven’t judged anyone & I haven’t said that Atheists will go to hell nor they’re empty people! I placed my opinion about their life based on their thinking & ideas!

I didn’t insult anyone, I don’t give a shit about Atheists! but when one comes out & starts stating that prophets were schizophrenic, well excuse me for defending our prophets and the 3 holy religions!

I didn’t see you commenting on her blog defending our religion when she said that prophets were schizophrenic & were thinking that they were hearing voices! Didn’t she insult Islam, Christianity, & Judaism? Or wait a minute, you do respect what she says so basically you believe in what she says! How come then you’re a muslim & respect that prophets were schizophrenic?

This is my blog, my space, I write what I wanna write whether you like it or not … so yeah ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. I know who you are talking about because just yesterday I was browsing their blog and I saw your comment.
I don’t blame you really me neither being an open minded and such I have some things that I do not tolerate with: Gays and Atheists.
Atheists in general believe in spirituality, keep in mind I do not tolerate this and I’m not reasoning it, and the most known atheists of are the poets in the romantic period, they couldn’t handle the injustice so they decided that “oh well my morals comes from nature” but that is bullshit you know why? because of what you just said they do not fear what is after life so they might leave all those morals because they would say “Who cares if I did this and that nothing will happen to me” just like in Thomas More’s Utopia he mentions there that Atheists are degraded because of that and not given any higher positions, but they are still given their rights in a human sense. and thomas is right. So are you!
The thing is Atheists come from a very strong theoretical personality that has very strong questions we can’t answer and that is why they are lead to that way and they need to be faced by people who are as strong as them by the same fashion to argument their questions and put them at ease.

    • If we wanna talk about Atheism in all aspects then we’ll need a whole encyclopedia ๐Ÿ˜› this is one of the craziest most lunatics theory i’ve ever come to know! I just wanted to talk about the morals & ethics issue because that post of that blogger triggered me & felt that im obliged to write about it! & i totally agree with you ๐Ÿ™‚

      • This isn’t a theory i’m talking about but a matter of fact they are scientific facts based on decades over decades of studies. You see when you meet an atheist (not the followers who go with the flow but the read thing) they come with very VERY intelligent minds. To make the story short despite they being intelligent it is the reason they turn out that way (seach MBTI personality “Theorist”).
And yes I do get you I see why you came to write this post I mean a person has to be mad when it comes to this ๐Ÿ™‚

      • to me it’s a theory because it’s based on scientists’ ideas & thoughts! I don’t see it as facts because we all know atheism is not true & they try to convince you from other aspects using their intelligence as you said! ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. Yousef

HAHAHA @Hishersq8 we all want to know!

  5. I understand your anger for someone to bash our religion. But not all atheists are bad human beings. They’re simply human beings. Humans tend to make mistakes. I know a few atheists who are actually really nice people and do a lot of volunteer work. The fact whether or not they respect other religions depends on the person themselves and the only thing that really differs between an atheist and non atheist is the fact that they don’t believe in God. I’m not saying I agree with atheism, or that I respect their choice to deny the existence of a greater force. But it is a must to acknowledge the fact that they’re human beings and respect them for the person they are. A person doesn’t become an atheist minee wil6ireej usually they’re exposed to something really hard that makes them question their beliefs. And sometimes when people convert from Islam to atheism it’s because they don’t fully understand Islam. When a person fully understands Islam in it’s purest form and knows the difference between culture and religion then they can truly be convinced with their choice of worship. Fee wayid nas tit3a8ad min ildeen li2ana may6ab8ouna 9a7. Instead of bashing their beliefs, I think we should try to educate them. And you can’t educate someone if you can’t be civil with them. With all that aside… Yeah we wanna know who it is out of pure ligafa :p

    • My dear, i didn’t agree with Atheists for a long period but i haven’t talked about it because I didn;t care what they believe in or do in life! It’s their choice! but when someone comes out talking awful things about Islam & our holy prophets, I just can;t shut my mouth! I felt that I’m obliged to write this post!

Now think about it, if there are good atheists (im not saying there arent) then how did they become good? Did nature teach them? did the tree educate them? This is just not logical! They took that good behavior from whatever religion they used to follow & then they grew up saying they’re atheists with good morals & ethics! Yes i do agree with you, smth happened to them that made them question their beliefs & everything else!

      hahaha ๐Ÿ˜›

  6. Swera my dear tone it down a bit that’s not the right way to approach things (by bashing people).. I have atheist friends and they are nothing like what you said.. just because they don’t believe in God doesn’t make them animals in the jungle on the contrary they are very respectful towards all religions..

As I mentioned on a previous post they were the ones taking initiative during Eid to prepare something for us never not even once did they ever say a bad thing about Islam or any other religion. And no they don’t go sleeping around like wild animals as many people may think, one of the guys I know is so damn faithful makes all our guys look bad!
I’m not supporting this but I don’t think we have the right to bash people and disrespect them. Their beliefs is something bainhm o bain rabhm God will have the final judgement at the end.. Just because someone is atheist doesn’t make them bad or evil o just because someone is muslim doesn’t make them good.

I think the problem your having is with that one person who made u write this post.. just because she said bad things doesn’t mean everyone is like that. You are a lovely person don’t let one person gets you carried away wit3amimeen 3ala everyone.

    • My dear Vain! I didn;t talk about how they treat people! I was talking about their beliefs & how it leads their lives! I can be a very good Muslim infront of you & treat all people the same & in a very respectful way but then i can do all the sinful things islam has forbidden! It;s not the issue of personality! It’s the issue of morals & how they live their lives!

You see, this subject has been on my mind forever but i hvn’t spoken about it coz it’s their own choice in life! But when sm1 comes out talking in a bad way about Islam & our prophets, then i seriously can’t shut my mouth! You know, i tried to reason with her but then she got carried way & left a comment to another person saying that about our prophets so I had to write this post!

  7. I read this last night but decided to leave it for a while because I was too upset and provoked to respond ’cause the chances were that I’d offend/insult/hurt you and the readers more than I would now. Because I know no matter how carefully and tentatively I pick out my words I will come out harsh.ย

Discussing religion is always a risk. ย When I wrote that post I didn’t write it to intentionally insult other religions nor did I write it to prove my morals and believes are the right ones. I simply wrote it to voice out the truth. I could’ve lied and wrote I ran away and I’m a happy little Muslim Saudi girl but my writing is all about the unspoken truth. Take into thought that I have MORE than once apologized in advance for anything I said that disturbed the readers.
Before I start my heated response I feel the need to say this: I come in peace.
I’m not writing this to back up my argument or defend my religion or feed me ego or prove I’m right because there is no right ย or any of that. I’m simply writing my point of view.ย
I could respond offensively and defensively like you INTENTIONALLY did. I could, like you, INTENTIONALLY stomp over my boundaries of respect for other people. But I won’t. Because that’s the true art of respect. You’re talking about morals and you do this? While I may have disrespected you and/or your religion or I may will, take in thought that I didn’t INTENTIONALLY do it. There’s a world of difference between the two acts.

There’s just so many loop holes in your post. I think you and so many people got the whole thing wrong. In plain English, Atheists are people who believe in nothing while Agnostics are people who believe in God and other things. Let me clear it out for you: I am an Agnostic.
“But you just don’t start saying things you don’t understand nor comprehend!” – this sentence just screams out your name. Unlike you, I have done my homework. I spoke to philosophers, psychiatrists, watched documentaries, Googled, etc.! While everything I said was considered “rubbish” to you, it’s considered as a fact to tons of people. ย
“Moron, that’s what your parents taught you based on their religion” – if so, then I could have treated people so heartlessly and mercilessly like my father. I could have manipulated the meaning of my religion back then when I was a Muslim. But I have a brain. I see what is right and what is wrong. ย We’re on earth to utilize our skills, do something effective to the world, help the needy, protect people, respect -and when I say respect I mean to truly respect- people and so on.
You clearly have not met someone that has no religion before because Atheists are anything but animals in a jungle. They’re the most peaceful people I’ve ever met in my life. So kind, loving, caring, loyal, etc.ย
Just because I converted out of Islam doesn’t mean I sleep around with every guy I meet like I have said in my blog. You’re just trying to proof me wrong in everything I said, considering your little example. I don’t think sleeping with someone out of marriage is wrong. Point blank. I didn’t say that to offend you or your religion or whatever. I was and I am just saying my point of view.
I could talk rudely about your morals, religion, believes, etc. But I didn’t and I won’t – intentionally speaking.ย
I would prefer if no one decides to email me, reply to me, etc because words put together could have such an impact but if you must, then voice yourself kindly. I need no more headaches.
You may see yourself writing this post to defend your religion but to me I see you INTENTIONALLY -and oh my that is such a great thing to do- disrespect me!
Of all the heartless feedbacks I received after posting that post, this, this right here is the biggest blow in the face. Some of you may think it’s because Swera defended Islam but believe me I’ve received feedbacks from so many people voicing the same thing but this is just too . . . Aah! Of you Swera! Just to aah! I can’t even pick a word for it.
I want you to always remember this and think of what you did. Whether to me or that Atheist that’s reading it right now or that confused little fella at a crossroad, deciding to pick which way to take.
My morals came from what I see with my own eyes. End of story.
It’s pretty clear by now that Swera is referring to me but for those of you still wondering, yep that’s me she’s talking about so go ahead and click on that link. ๎—

    • writing about what you believe & don’t believe is up to you but when you start bashing our prophets & sayin they were schizophrenic, imagining things, then excuse my morality dear but i cant just read that & ac as cool as an ice cube! I’m a true Muslim & i hv a great faith in my religion therefore i will not allow anyone to talk badly about it! it’s your blog & you can write about whatever you want. this is my blog & i can write whatever i want, period.

Defend what religion? Haven’t you said that you don’t believe in any religion nor the existence of god? “I do believe in God, I just don’t believe in any God in any religion. I believe in my god” Haven’t you said that? how is that even possible? from where did you God come? Enlighten us if you can! That’s just Atheism & Agonism combined! I’ve done my homework too! Atheists don’t believe in God, Agonists neither believe nor disbelieve in God! Can you see sarcasm in here?!

“I don’t have to go through some rules” & “I don’t think sleeping with someone out of marriage is wrong” Aren’t you living in a jungle? you’re just too blind to see it!

You disrespected all religions when you talked about prophets being schizophrenic & you didn’t care about their feelings, do we have to care about yours? You may find it a simple thing to say but to me & to others it’s a huge issue! I had to write back defending my religion & others! so whether you see it as an immoral things that’s up to you & you started this, so don’t start questioning people’s morality when they fire back! Whether you do it intentionally or not, it’s the samething! What’s done is done!

My parents taught me to reason with people like you which i did with my comment on your blog but then you took it to the next level with another comment! Therefore, you should bare the consequences of what to come!

How cam your eyes see what’s right or wrong? “We’re on earth to utilize our skills” Answer me from where did you learn this? did your eyes catch it written in the sky? Did your brain dream about this sentence? This is what Islam said! ” Wa kholeqa el ensan fi al arth le yo3amera feha”. You just won’t to admit it!

I have the right to voice my own opinion kindly or roughly, it’s up to me, you don’t get to tell me how to voice my opinion! Your comments were very harsh on most of us but you didn;t care about our feelings, why should I care about yours?

I could have mentioned you in my post if i wanted to fight or have a quarrel with you! but in this post as i said i was defending Islam, Christianity, & Judaism! I don’t wanna argue your beliefs & mine with you! I want to defend my great religion ISLAM!

    • Spartan

ummmm it seems as though YOU don’t even know what AGNOSTIC means..You claim to be agnostic and that means you believe in God and other things..however, the word “agnostic” is defined as:

      a. One who believes that it is impossible to know whether there is a God.
      b. One who is skeptical about the existence of God but does not profess true atheism.

so, I am not sure what kind of philosophers and psychiatrists u spoke to..nor am I certain of the type of documentaries you watched..nor am I aware or the quality of your “googling” skills…but one thing is guaranteed: you have no idea what the word “agnostic” really means..

PS: I honestly don’t get what your crying else did you expect people to react to you insulting their prophets?

  9. *waving a white flag* Easy there girls… I’m not going to say who’s right or who’s wrong I just want to point out one thing.. il rasool 3alaih i9alat wisalam when people bashed him or did things to physically hurt him did not do the same to them bil 3aks qabal il esa2a bil e7san and thats why some people enter islam. So mn hal point I always say if someone says an offensive thing about our religion we should not go on a mad streak.. hate only brings more hate.. we should on the other hand point out the good things of islam and try to show the positive sides of it

    • lol ๐Ÿ˜›

you see that’s why there’s a huge difference between us & between our prophet Mohammad (3leh e9alat wesalam) we try our best to follow his lead but smtimes we can’t control our emotions! That’s why he became our prophet!

what you said is totally right & i agree with you! You see I have a limit of tolerance! I didn;t write this post after her post right away! I became patient & ignored the whole thing! But then when i read her comment, everything got triggered! This is my religion, & for how long i will stay quiet? I just couldn’t! Yes, i might have been harsh but everyone got his own limits & way of addressing things you know!

  10. 7amood

ideologies of atheists are supported by emotions, not logic. that is why they should never be taken seriously. their rationale, which is far from rational mind you, is solely based on the following question: “if God really exists, why is there suffering in the world?”

they never stopped to think why there is suffering in the world. It is not because God created evil, evil is merely the absence of good. It is people who commit crimes. It is people who steal. It is people who go to war.

And in regards to national disasters, if they wish to go there, isnt it funny how natural disasters are occuring more often? Maybe it is because God created a balance ecosystem and we have disturbed it with pollution and rapid expansion.

atheists never think with logic, if they did, they would find proof of God’s existence all around them. From the sun to the moon to the stars. They dont even have to go that far, the human body is proof in itself.

anyway, this individuals opinions have been influenced by their past experiences, allah yahdeena w yahdee il jamee3.

thank you for this post. for sticking up for your religion and our beloved prophets you have earned a great amount of respect, and a greater amount of deeds.

  11. Ok, before I actually make my comment I’d like to say two things so that my words aren’t misconstrued:

    1. I’m an extremely devout and believing Muslim and am not a supporter of Atheism (or Agnosticism or whatever)
    2. I’m actually a fan of this blog, so no hate coming from this direction ๐Ÿ˜‰

With that said, I have to say that, while I understand the intention behind this post was to stand in defense of the Islam and its prophets (peace be upon them), I think that you might have gone about this all wrong.

Yes, religion is definitely one of the central sources of morals and virtues and all that wonderful stuff. BUT, as an educated AND a religious person, I have to give credit where its due and say the truth. Morals and the idea of “right and wrong,” as you put it, did NOT start with religion. Saying so would be a complete falsehood. The philosophical conventions behind such things as what is moral, virtuous, and “right” started out with the Greek and Latin philosophers who created hundreds of philosophical works on these subjects specifically and, actually, a lot of their ideas were VERY similar to the things that the religious prophets that appeared AFTER them were calling out for.

I’m not saying that the prophets aren’t real and I’m not saying that religion is not a source of morality, but what I am saying is that the people who actually made the first steps towards outlining the “right and wrong” were people who, for all intents and purposes, were not prophets and did not believe in a God.

I’m not condoning their belief, I’m just saying that this proves that morals and the idea of right and wrong does not just have to come from religion and some one who has never even had a religion to begin with is also DEFINITELY capable of differentiating between right and wrong. In fact, it was people who didn’t have a religion whatsoever that started teaching people about morals way before our holy prophets were even born ๐Ÿ˜‰

And, just another small note: Islam does NOT believe in the mindless shutting down of scientific and intellectual arguments. Especially if these arguments are backed up by facts. IT SIMPLY DOES NOT PROMOTE THIS. When a Muslim is presented with a fact that was proven by science, even if that fact was presented to them in order to make them lose belief, they are supposed to take that scientific fact and apply it to their life and make it either complete their faith or reaffirm it and make it stronger. And coming from someone who is married to an ex-Atheist, now highly religious Muslim (whose conversion was based ENTIRELY on the scientific fact of Islam), I know that this is always possible.

I’m sorry for making this comment so long but I just wanted to throw my two cents in and enlighten some people to some facts about both Islam and Atheism (or Agnosticism). The truth is that there are lot of things both in religion and in science that have not yet been revealed. And the truth is that no one will ever be able to strictly define and completely prive what is “right and wrong” because the world is made up of all kinds of people in the world and all kinds of minds. The Qura’an itself can be interpreted to mean a million different things. Only God knows the true meaning, and that’s the way its supposed to be.

And calling someone schizophrenic is not an insult its an opinion. Schizophrenia is a psychological condition, and it can easily be diagnosed upon someone who fits THE PROFILE of someone who claims to be a prophet. I’m not saying our prophets were schizophrenic, I’m just saying its just a medical, scientific opinion that someone might have of a real, psychological ailment. Nothing insulting about it. Considering it and calling it an insult is offensive to the people who suffer from schizophrenia and the people who spend their entire lives studying it.

Anyway, all the best to you my dear Swera, and I truly hope you don’t take anything I said negatively. I completely see where you’re coming from and I see that your intention came from a pure place of your love for Allah and his prophet, which is a beautiful thing indeed. Lots of love, my dear!

    • First of all thank you for your comment sweetie ๐Ÿ™‚ i accept it with a huge open heart as long as it is presented in a nice way just as you did!

Let me start with this: Al anbeya2 & Rusol carried religions with them to teach us morals, ethics, right & wrong! Alnbeya2 we9alhom el wa7y bs lam yo2maro be nashr edeen wa lakn 3alemaw ennas elli 7awaleenhom e9a7 wel 5a6a2 3n 6reeq kalamhom o t3leemhom! erosol qamaw be nashr el adyaaan.

He’s considered “Nabi” & from his own story we get to learn a huge moral, about temptation & what’s forbidden is always wanted right? after that came Edrees also “Nabi” & taught people around him morality & ethics through his speeches & stuff after that came the first prophet Noah (Noo7) 3layh e9alat wesalam! Noah came before Greek philosophers, that even some of the philosophers spoke about him years later (after his death) how he saved human race! So, no Prophets came before Greek philosophers. & don’t forget, Noah’s sons spread around the whole world & created human race (Asian, Africans & Europeans) so that’s another proof tha prophets came before philosophers.

Islam literary explains science that’s why many scientists became Muslims after reading the holy Quran & seeing how it’s related to science & how it explains everything in this world.

Religion is the base of Moralit, ethics, rights & wrongs ๐Ÿ™‚

  12. I am actually more shocked by the comments than I am about what you have heard the blogger now athiesm is ok? wow, how times have changed…swera lat3awreen galbich, kil wa7id o bee2ta..itha 3alabu a3arif nas maya2minoon ibwijood ilah o 9ar shay 3adi, mayadroon ina athiesm is kufur..allah layableena ibnas igrab chithi..salfat ina a7ad yaghli6 3ala ilrasool, allah foghum o magalaw hal 7achi 3ana ila mi7tareen ina mayigdiroon yo9loon 7ag martabta 3alaiyh il9alat wilsalam..i respect your point of view and i am myself maybe not religious but i would never aprove and would bash out the same way to anyone who talks badly about our prophet or religion

    • sheftay shloon? you don’t have to be that religious to get frustrated! wallah as long as your Muslim & hv a great faith in your religion then u’ll be insanely mad about what those people are saying about religion!

  13. The funny thing is, is that it’s not up to you to judge. God does.

There are just as many bad Muslims (rapists, terrorists, extremists) as there are atheists.

    • I frankly don’t give a damn about them & I wouldn’t have written this post if it wasn’t for that girl who wrote bad things about Islam & I felt obliged to fire back, after all it’s my religion & proud of it!

      • Another problem is that people have quick tempers. You thought you were obliged to reply back and indirectly it makes you like an intolerant person.

Not everyone agrees with your / my / everyones ideas. Many Islamic scholars called unveiled woman “3ahirat” and I read in the paper one scholar stated (boldly) that liberal woman are all not virgins and their parents should have them checked out.

I do believe in being responsible for your actions. So, if I don’t want to pray (example) but I am a good guy who doesn’t steal / murder etc I will be judged for what I have done AND what I haven’t. We have free will, isn’t that what God gave us? We choose the path, as this is our God given gift. So as much as this matter pains you, it’s not your call. You can say “allah ysem7ik” and move on.

      • I’m not that intolerant, I actually replied back to her post hoping that she’ll find the right path bla bla bla saying good things but she kept on bashing our dear prophet in her comments, then I couldn’t shut my mouth, if she had the freedom to say whatever she wanted to say, then I have the freedom to do the same thing!

I’m totally against calling unveiled women 3ahirat, those women maybe much better than those who are wearing the veil. People who pray & pretend to be religious, might be as bad as rapist, murderers etc.

Yes we’re responsible for our actions & I stated that all religions from all over the world teach us good manners, attitude etc. That’s what I believe in.

Ali, can you quote a bonafide scholar who used that term in reference to unveiled as whores??
As for the scholar who made that atrocious claim regarding liberal women, while what he said was quite ignorant, you can’t really blame him when liberal women such as Saudi Girl make a statement such as: “I donโ€™t think sleeping with someone out of marriage is wrong. Point blank.”
Finally, it is a simple matter: you either believe in the Quraan and the Sunna or you don’t…if you don’t then life is easy, have fun…if you do, then you can’t make statements like: oh all i need to do is be decent not kill and not rape and not steal and thats all what God wants from us…cuz if that were the case, then our prophet peace be upon him wasted his holy life preaching about the importance of surrendering ourselves to God’s commands and not committing sins (major and minor)..also, if that were the case, then the Quraan would merely be a historic book with no dogmatic value..
