Once I received this cook book I couldn’t help myself not to try some of the recipes in there. First let me talk to you about the book. It was written by a Saudi woman called Rasha Alhejailan who travelled the world with her father & finally settled down in Kuwait with her husband & 2 children.
The book is divided into 2 parts, the 1st part has all the recipes from Rasha’s life. I loved how she relates each recipe to a certain person/situation in her life. The recipes are somehow personal. The other part has all the recipes from many women she met in her life; family, & friends.
All the recipes look very easy to make, ingredients are not difficult to find, I bet you’ll find most of them in your kitchen. As I’m getting tired these days, I wanted to try something that doesn’t take time or effort. I went with Herbed Hash Browns & Coffee Pancakes.
Coffee Pancakes
Now let me tell you something, I’ve never cooked pancakes before & never thought I’ll be able to but it turned out to be a great success. The pancakes were very delicious, beyond imagination when I added nutella on them. Yummy
Herbed Hash Browns
The hash browns turned out to be very yummmy although I doubt it was cooked the right way coz this was also my first time cooking hash browns. But I loved the taste, the rosemary & emmental cheese did wonders & I also added a bit of parmesan cheese because I’m kinda addicted to it

I am seriously drooling as I see these pics especially that I’m pretty hungry at the moment hehe. On a side note I nominated you for an award
